Sisk Fulfillment Service has a program in which our Customer Service Reps, who have been with Sisk for a minimum of 3 years and service their accounts effectively can qualify to enroll in an extensive program towards achieving the level of Account Executive “AE”. This program includes a Dale Carnegie Course, a 12 week Sisk customized Customer Service course and various on-line courses through a local community college, in Team Building, Client Service, Personal Development etc. A prescribed amount of continuing education is also required to maintain this position. This program requires a large personal commitment, as all of this training is done outside of the normal work schedules.
We are very pleased to recognize Suzanne Fluharty for achieving the position of Account Executive and we look forward to her continued leadership in Client Services. Suzanne has been a Customer Service Rep at Sisk for 15 years. She has completed the AE job requirements and we are excited about her promotion. Suzanne handles nonprofit accounts along with a few profit accounts so her work is diversified here at Sisk. If you have had the opportunity to work with Suzanne than you know how dedicated she is to her accounts, clients and fellow Sisk Associates.

I have enjoyed working for the Sisk Team as a Customer Service Rep for 15 years. Through those years Sisk has taught me to do my job on a personal and professional level. I have worked with several different accounts and each one is as important to us as the other. We always strive to meet our customers’ needs and expectations no matter what it might take.
I feel as if I have built a great rapport with my clients. Having worked with some from the very beginning we seem almost like family.
Outside of work I enjoy going to the beach, all types of sports, Nascar racing and spending time with my family and friends.
