Sisk Fulfillment Service has recently created a new program in which our Customer Service Reps, who have been with Sisk for a minimum of 3 years and service their accounts effectively can qualify to enroll in an extensive program towards achieving the level of Account Executive “AE”. This program includes a Dale Carnegie Course, a 12 week Sisk customized Customer Service course and various on-line courses through a local community college, in Team Building, Client Service, Personal Development etc. A prescribed amount of continuing education is also required to maintain this position. This program requires a large personal commitment, as all of this training is done outside of the normal work schedules.
We are very pleased to recognize Deborah Aldridge for achieving the position of Account Executive and we look forward to her continued leadership in Client Services. Deborah has been a Customer Service Rep at Sisk for over 22 years. She has completed the AE job requirements and we are excited about her promotion. Deborah handles nonprofit accounts along with a few profit accounts so her work is diversified here at Sisk. If you have had the opportunity to work with Deborah than you know how dedicated she is to her accounts and her clients.

I have been a part of Sisk for 22 ½ years. I have enjoyed watching this company grow to what it is today and I look forward to seeing what the future holds. In the years that I have worked here what I enjoy the most is the feeling of family working together to achieve one goal, to meet and exceed the customers’ expectations. I have worked for clients that have catalogue orders, premium fulfillment and daily subscription orders. I enjoy my working relationship with all my clients. Some things I enjoy doing when I’m not at work are reading, cooking and working at my church.
