Sisk Fulfillment Service has created a new program in which our Customer Service Reps, who have been with Sisk for a minimum of 3 years and service their accounts effectively can qualify to enroll in an extensive program towards achieving the level of Account Executive “AE”. This program includes a Dale Carnegie Course, a 12 week Sisk customized Customer Service course and various on-line courses through a local community college, in Team Building, Client Service, Personal Development etc. A prescribed amount of continuing education is also required to maintain this position. This program is a large personal commitment on the part of these individuals, as all of this training is done outside of their normal work schedules.
We are very pleased to recognize Jeanne Griffith, Sandy Pratt, Megan Russell and Jennifer Hurley for achieving the position of Account Executive and we look forward to their continued leadership in Client Services.
Jennifer Hurley
Jennifer Hurley has attained the position of Account Executive. Jennifer has been a Customer Service Rep at Sisk for over 3 years. She has successfully completed all of the requirements of the new “AE” program and we are excited about her promotion. Jen handles non-profit accounts along with a few for-profit accounts so her work is diversified here at Sisk. If you have had the opportunity to work with Jen than you know how dedicated she is to her accounts and her clients.
A few facts from Jen:
I have worked at Sisk for 3 1/2 years as a Customer Service Representative. I manage different types of accounts from weekly to quarterly mailings and I like having that diversity in accounts. I like to learn and grow as technology does and that is something that we have to do here. I feel that we are constantly making changes and updates to better accommodate our customers’ needs and I like exploring and learning those new options. My clients are great to work with and I like the relationship that I have built with each of them. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends, boating and pretty much anything outside in the summer.
Jeanne Griffith
Jeanne Griffith has attained the position of Account Executive. Jeanne has been a Customer Service Rep at Sisk for over 27 years. She has successfully completed all of the requirements of the new “AE” program and we are excited about her promotion. Jeanne handles non-profit accounts along with a few for-profit accounts so her work is diversified here at Sisk. If you have had the opportunity to work with Jeanne than you know how dedicated she is to her accounts and her clients.
A few facts from Jeanne:
I have worked at Sisk for 27 years! I enjoy very much being a CSR ( now an Account Executive). This job doesn’t mean just sitting at your desk working, it allows you to be hands on while your job is running in production and checking this job or by working with the other departments. Our jobs will start either in the computer room or by me bringing an order out to production and it will end in the shipping department. You get to work closely with your associates in each department. We are a Team here at Sisk, it takes multiple associates to process each order.
I enjoy working with all of my clients. Some of my clients I have had since I have been here at Sisk and I like the fact that I am not only their CSR (Account Executive), but their friend, as we know each other on a more personal level. At Sisk, we work with each customer making sure they are 100% satisfied.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, grandkids, Karaoke and camping (which I just started doing a few years ago and it is so much fun!!!)
Megan Russell
Megan Russell has attained the position of Account Executive. Megan has been a Customer Service Rep at Sisk for over 4 years. She has successfully completed all of the requirements of the new “AE” program and we are excited about her promotion. Megan handles both non-profit and for-profit accounts so her work is diversified here at Sisk. I started working at Sisk right after I graduated from Washington College 4 years ago.
The one attribute that I like about the fulfillment industry is that every job is on a timeline or has a specific mail date. This element of the job keeps me focused and driven to meet the requirements of the customer. Another part I enjoy is that the job requires us to go out to the production floor and check the jobs that are in progress. This allows us to get away from our desk and not be stuck in a chair all day.
Clients.what to say about clients? I enjoy the relationships you get to form with clients the longer you get to work with them. You get to know what they want and expect of us on a daily basis. I appreciate the fact that not only do we listen to the clients opinions, but they value our opinions as well.
Outside of work I am a sports enthusiast, I can watch any sport and enjoy. I also enjoy anything to do with the outdoors and traveling.
Sandy Pratt
Sandy Pratt has attained the position of Account Executive. Sandy has been a Customer Service Rep at Sisk for over 25 years. She has successfully completed all of the requirements of the new “AE” program and we are excited about her promotion. Sandy handles non-profit accounts along with a few for-profit accounts so her work is diversified here at Sisk. A few facts from Sandy:
I have worked at Sisk 25 1/2 years so it is a part of my family. I have worked as a Customer Service Rep for most of that time. I like working here because there is always something new and different going on and we are constantly learning new and challenging things. There is a lot of hands on activity so you are not just sitting behind a desk and I like that part of my job. You don’t have a chance to get bored because there is always something happening. We have to be able to multi-task because we are usually handling several different jobs at any given time. I enjoy the people I work with.
My clients are very friendly and very easy to work with. Some of them I have worked with for a long time.
In my spare time I enjoy my family especially my grandchildren. I love to travel, read, cook and go shopping.
